Although we are a small local shop that specializes in custom cabinetry, we provide a variety of services for almost any project.
We fabricate and install your custom cabinets, should you need an installer.
For larger projects, we can remodel spaces in addition to providing you with custom cabinetry and/or furniture pieces.
Along with producing custom cabinetry, we are expanding our portfolio of custom furniture pieces for when you need that one piece to make your room pop!
Custom Cabinetry
The core of Mortise and Tenon is our custom cabinetry. We pride ourselves on creating custom pieces and room layouts for each homeowner and business in need. Our custom cabinets are designed and fabricated to make your spaces uniquely yours.
In addition to the high level of care we put into our customers, we invest equivocally in the quality of our productions. We source a wide variety of high quality materials and finishes to fulfill the visions for your homes and businesses. At Mortise and Tenon, we understand the desire to not only have your cabinets look the way you want but to also stand the test of time. We use thicker material for all of our cabinet parts which provides another level of durability and rigidity to our products.
Custom Furniture
As a company of woodworkers, carpenters, and cabinet makers we are currently striving to expand our portfolio of custom furniture pieces. Similar to our custom cabinetry, nothing is off limits. It doesn't matter if you need tables, benches, bed frames, etc. If you have a vision for a special and unique piece, we can make it!
Our past projects include, but are not limited to: exterior benches with custom designs, dining tables with intricate wood joinery, live-edge epoxy tables, and interior benches/seating.
Cabinet Installation
We are happy to accommodate any installation situation in regards to our cabinetry. If you are already working with a contractor, we can either deliver the cabinets and leave the installation to them or we can work with the contractor and do the installation ourselves.
If you are working with us directly and don't have a contractor on site, we are more than happy to do a full demo of the space along with the installation of your new cabinets. We aren't picky and we want your project to go as smoothly as possible!
Interior Remodel
If you want or need more than just cabinetry and an installation team, we are capable and ready to help with any home remodel projects!
At Mortise and Tenon, we are a smaller three man company which does have an impact on timelines and scopes of work but clear and consistent communication means that any project is possible! If you are looking to have single rooms redone, that is not a problem for us! However, projects involving the entirety of your home will require a solid plan and course of action for how we can best accommodate your timelines and expectations!
